FARMLAND IN SIATON
This property is about 11,100 square meters, classified as farmland, and has several coconuts, bananas and corn with good crude but clean water supply. This property is located in a semi-remote Bunawon Village of Siaton District, South tip of Negros Island, not far from & in-between Omanod and Balanan. The soil between the trees has been cultivated by old-style plow-behind-carabao, so as to fertilize them to greater nut-production and also to grow mongo beans.
This property is a couple 100 m walk back from the national highway (uphill), far western area of Siaton County (near border with Santa Catalina), village called Bunawon. Quiet, private, safe area.
It is about a 12-minute or so walk from the national highway, and is a fairly flat walk until the end. The first part of the walk is a dirt road but the last part is a trail — then there is a stream that only humans can cross on those two little bridges, a motorcycle or 4×4 easy-ride can get right out near the stream if the forward-land residents permit. There is no formal barangay road access that touches this land. A better bridge could easily be built across that stream to allow vehicle access. You will just have to see the situation when you visit it.
The property is around 73km from Dumaguete City and is located in Lacsa Bonawon of Siaton.
It does not have electricity hooked up now, but there is a main electric cable coming in from the highway, and the neighbors around this land do have electricity.
There is no livestock currently on this land; none is included.
There will soon be a new Barangay road planned to be built next year, which will solve all the access problems to this land and will provide direct vehicle access
