Follow up phases each year for 5 years, until the full resort is finished which will consist of 34+ rooms, plus spa, fitness center and convenience store. We will build to suit and charge for construction costs, then negotiate with you for a long term, low cost lease/rental fee. Our main objective is for the dive shop to serve as an anchor to attract guests to our resort.

Dive Shop Business Details:

• must have proven dive business management experience
• must have all PADI and /or SSI dive certifications to be able to provide our clients with safe, knowledgeable and experienced diving experiences
• must be outgoing and friendly
• must have marketing skills to promote their business in conjunction with the resort
• we estimate this business opportunity will require between 1.5 million to 2.5 Php
